TheCredit Management Executive (AR)is responsible for handlingAccount Receivableoperations for Singtel and NCS Group of companies, including but not limited toreceipting and refunds .
Make an Impact by:
Handling end-to-end Receipting activities, including monitoring, reconciliation and rectification, collection vendor commission.
In charge of end-to-end Refund activities, such as assessment, raising and providing supporting documents to refund requests.
Responsible for end-to-end GIRO Activities, including but not limited to assessment of forms and sending rejection letters.
Preparation and submission of Audit Schedule.
Managing various work Generic mailboxes.
Skills for Success
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/ Finance or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of working experience in Finance Operations handling reconciliation/checking.
Skilled in Excel and Microsoft Suite/tools.
Possess basic Accounting knowledge.
Able to communicate efficiently in English, both written and verbal.
Willing to work based on Singapore Public Holiday calendar.
