Job DescriptionThe main purpose of a collector is to manage customer accounts on a monthly basis, ensure all accounts are paid before the due date, and maintain customer accounts to prevent aging.
Responsible for each individual collection result.
Advise customers to make payments on time.
Act as a reminder to notify customers regarding the payment due date.
Respond to customer requests based on their requirements.
Ensure to maintain customer service and uphold the company image.
Complete dunning activities based on allocated queues.
Extensive follow-up with customers via phone calls, email, or fax to ensure they pay in accordance with credit terms.
Job RequirementsMinimum SPM, STPM, Diploma, or Degree Holder.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Well-versed in PC usage and proficient in MS Office.
Strong listening skills to empathize and understand others' ideas.
Persuasion skills to motivate others into positive action, attitudes, and behavior.
Ability to handle and manage stress.
Willing to be based in Butterworth, Penang.
Able to join immediately will be prioritized.
