ResponsibilitiesTo manage customer accounts on a monthly basis, ensuring all customers pay before the due date and avoiding customer account flow to the next delinquent level.
Involve in collection activities and achieve collection results set by Management.
To manage customer accounts / calling activities set by Management on a daily / monthly basis.
To call and advise customers to make payments on a timely basis.
Responsible for achieving personal targets given - daily / monthly and delivering good collection results.
To provide excellent customer service, maintain good client relationships, and service levels.
To respond to customer requests based on customer needs in an effective manner.
Job RequirementsSPM / STPM / Diploma or Degree holder or professional qualification in relevant disciplines.
Relevant exposures and knowledge of credit management or operations of banking / financial institutions is preferred.
Minimum 1 to 2 years working experience.
