Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities
To analyse and process Unsecured Financing, Credit Card applications and 1MY AML alerts with a complete set of documentation and information for new and existing customers.
Ensure applications are processed within the stipulated turnaround time, achieving the KPIs set and meeting customers' expectations.
Perform verification of applicants with relevant parties to ensure the genuineness of the applicant and employment details, being alert in detecting and preventing any potential elements of fraud or fraudulent applications.
Follow up on documents via RCSU or email.
To perform Verbal Acceptance tasks for Unsecured Financing.
Compute and update applicant's income, Debt Service Ratio, and other relevant variables accurately before performing the Centralized Retail Decision Engine (CRDE).
Evaluate, analyse, and approve credit facilities within credit practices based on credit check findings and CCRIS conduct.
Perform CTOS, Interpol, and AML Fuzzy name search and update the findings into RCSU.
Perform UAT Testing, escalating and following up in the event of any system issues.
Exercising individual discretionary authority in accordance with approvals granted by management and ensuring quality and accuracy.
Undertake any other directives, duties, and ad-hoc tasks assigned by Management from time to time.
Qualification:
Bachelor Degree or Professional Qualification in the relevant discipline (Banking/Accounting/Finance/Business/Economics) or its related courses.
