Credit Recovery Officer / Tele-Collector

Requirements
1. Possess positive attitude, pleasant personality and MUST be computer
literate.
2. Working experience in customer service, debt recovery, and related fields.
3. Have a good problem-solving, and communication skill.
4. Interested applicants without experience but eager to learn are also
welcome.

Responsibility
1. Contact the past due customers (via calls and/or other communication
channels) to remind their repayment obligation & ensure the collection
action taken are within company guidelines, credit policies and collection
policies.
2. Negotiate on repayment from customers.
3. Ensure strict adherence to all credit policies, procedures, guidelines,
compliance and information security, etc.
4. Probe customers' latest contact details and update in system to increase
collection efforts.
5. Apart from collection activities you will also be involved in admin
responsibilities which are entitle to admin commission.

1. Basic Salary + Recovery Commission + Admin Commission
Additional increment on basic salary after 3months of confirmation
Yearly increment.

designed to reward exceptional performance, and your earnings are
directly tied to the collections you bring in.The sky is the limit for our
Recovery Commission team.

5. EPF / SOCSO / PCB Deductions.
6. Overtime Pay, 5 Working Days.
7. Training Provided.
