Credit Services Officer - Exception Monitoring Officer/Financial Institutions -(24000045)DescriptionPrepare timely and accurate management reports/excess/overdue reports (daily/monthly/quarterly) to Business Units ("BUs") for their review/rectifications/approvals/reporting.Responsible to verify excess and overdue are duly approved by relevant authority and accordance to bank policy such as Lending Authority Limits ("LAL"), Transactional Excesses Approval Policy ("TEA"), Procedure for Trade Transaction Exceptions ("TTE") and GWB Matrix.Handle implementation of credit limits of obligor includes banks, non-bank financial institutions, sovereigns and non-relationship corporates which managed by Financial Institutions Credit Risk Management ("FICRM") department.Perform allocation of credit limits to BUs in the OCBC Bank Group - OCBC, OBMB, OAAB, NISP, BOS, OWHB, OWHC, OWHM.Provide other credit admin support to Global Financial Institutions ("GFI") department, eg. documentation check and disbursement of loan facilities, load debit interest rate etc.Adhere to documented procedures, control guidelines and compliance framework.Attend to business partners' queries and requests in timely manner.To maintain internal database/applications for reporting.To co-ordinate, escalate and follow up with internal parties on issues for resolutions/approvals.Contribute to process improvements to enhance productivity and improve service.To participate in project initiatives and assignments.To assist ad-hoc tasks assigned by Supervisor/Management as and when required.QualificationsUniversity Degree or Diploma HolderExperience in Credit Administration / Operations department of a bank is preferredProficient in Microsoft Office applications especially Microsoft ExcelAbility to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines as well as a positive working attitude at workAble to take any tasks assigned by Unit Head from time to time. Possess initiative and had the ability to work independently with minimum supervisionPossess strong analytical and problem-solving skillsAttentive to details, neat and meticulousExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent in organizational and time management skillsAble to work well both independently and collaboratively in a teamPerformance and quality drivenAble to work according to Singapore working calendarWilling to work beyond standard working hours when required
