Ensure crew training matrix are up to date. - Training booking. - To make sure crew qualifications are fit before mob. - To assist in crew movement and recruitment planning. - To assist in HSSE matters. - Ensure projects are being executed smoothly. - To liaise with client on project planning. - Maintain a pool of qualified crew, managing crew change. Requirements: - Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management/Business studies/ Administration or equivalent. - At least 1-2 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position. - Possess own transport. - Able to communicate and write in English. - Proactive, good communication skill and sharp analytical thinking.
