Partnership Collaboration
-Research and identify potential partnerships that align with the company's strategic goals and market positioning, to ensure a mutual benefit and value creation.
-Negotiate and manage partnerships agreements to ensure the long-term success and sustainability.
-Develop and manage partnership budgets.
-Forecast, measure, and report the performance of partnership initiatives, including co-branded content promotions, event partnerships etc.
-Facilitate effective communication between partners and internal teams to ensure seamless execution and address issues.
-Collaborate with internal departments, such as sales and marketing team, to develop partnerships initiatives to drive brand awareness and business growth.
-Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging trends.
Community Management
-Oversee MYOPPO Apps user rights, maintaining long-term interactions with customers to boost user loyalty.
-Develop and coordinate user loyalty campaigns (e.g., lucky draws, offline events, points-based benefits) to increase customer retention and satisfaction.
-Analyse and adjust the effectiveness of loyalty programs based on user feedback to continually enhance the user experience.
-Collaborate with internal departments to create positive user experiences and enhance user reputation.

; Requirements:-
-Must possess at least Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
-At least 4 years of working experience in Customer Relationship Management, or a relevant field, with a strong understanding of user loyalty programs, partnership management and event management.
-Required language: English and Mandarin
-Demonstrate success in planning and executing both online and offline events.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
-Excellent communication skills for relationship management and contract negotiations
-Strong project management skills to coordinate activities and meet project deadlines
