About The Role We are seeking a proactive and creative Promotions / CRM Executive to join our marketing team. The Promotions / CRM Executive will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing promotional campaigns to attract, engage, and retain players. This role requires the ability to analyse data, track campaign performance, and implement creative ideas to optimize results.
What You Will Do Assist in developing and implementing promotional strategies to enhance customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.Assist in planning and executing a wide range of promotions, including loyalty programs, and special offers.Collaborate with the CRM teams to ensure promotions align with overall marketing goals and player segmentation.Coordinate with the design and content teams to create visually appealing and engaging promotional materials.Analyze promotional campaign data to track performance, identify trends, and optimize future promotions.Monitor competitors' promotions and market trends to ensure our promotional strategies are competitive and innovative.Manage budgets for promotional campaigns and ensure all activities are cost-effective and deliver a positive return on investment (ROI).Ensure all promotions comply with relevant regulations, terms and conditions, and responsible gaming guidelines.Communicate promotional details effectively to internal teams, including customer support and product teams, to ensure smooth execution and player satisfaction.Assist in the development of new promotion ideas to drive revenue growth and increase brand loyalty.Prepare regular reports on promotional performance, including key metrics such as conversion rates, customer engagement, and ROI. What You Should Have Strong understanding of customer behavior, acquisition, and retention strategies.Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, track KPIs, and optimize campaigns accordingly.Strong project management skills and attention to detail, with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Minimum of 2 - 4 years of professional experience in Marketing.Experience in creating and managing promotional campaigns across various channels (email, SMS, web, etc.).Creative mindset with a knack for generating fresh and innovative promotional ideas.Experience with CRM and promotional tools.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Analytics, and other data analysis tools.
