The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in Conversion Rate Optimization, Average Order Value (AOV) strategies, retention and customer loyalty tactics, churn prevention methods, and broader eCommerce growth initiatives. Drive market-leading strategies to boost Average Order Value through innovative cross-sells and upsells pre and post-checkout.
Utilize qualitative and quantitative data analysis to analyze and conceptualize solutions and strategies, informing UX/UI decisions and enhancing Customer Lifetime Value.
Collaborate closely with design and development teams to ensure seamless integration and implementation of strategies.
Keep abreast of eCommerce trends and technologies to continually enhance our service offerings.
Effectively communicate data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to clients and internal teams.
Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
RequirementsMinimum of 4 years of experience in eCommerce Strategy, CRO, UX/UI design, or related fields.
Proven track record and portfolio of successfully developing and implementing CRO/Growth Strategies.
Exceptional proficiency in data analysis, encompassing both qualitative and quantitative methodologies.
Strong ability to articulate data insights through data storytelling, along with crafting recommendations and hypotheses based on data analysis.
Thorough understanding of the eCommerce industry and the intricacies of eCommerce business growth.
Experience with wireframing tools such as Figma.
Proficiency in Google Analytics, A/B testing tools like Convert, and Heatmapping Tools such as Hotjar.
Experience conducting and evaluating User Research workshops and NPS Surveys.
Familiarity with the JTBD Methodology, Message Mining, and NPS Surveys.
Outstanding problem-solving skills and a creative, data-driven mindset.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Leadership experience with a knack for inspiring and developing teams.
Bonus :
Experience with Shopify and Shopify Plus.
Proficiency in creating mockups with tools like Figma.
Familiarity with core Shopify growth apps/tools like Klaviyo etc.
