CSR Operations Executive at Paluan Sejati – Community Garden Programme
The CSR Operations Executive will oversee the day-to-day operations of Paluan Sejati's community garden programmes, primarily focusing on the Beyond Benih programme. This role requires a dedicated and detail-oriented individual passionate about sustainable agriculture, community engagement, and impactful CSR initiatives. The CSR Operations Executive will coordinate project activities, manage partnerships with local stakeholders, monitor program impact, and ensure successful execution of community garden objectives.
Key responsibilities:
Programme Management and CoordinationAssist in planning, executing, and evaluating the Beyond Benih programme and other community garden initiatives.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including NGOs, local government agencies, and community leaders, to align goals and secure support for programme activities.
Oversee the scheduling and logistics of community garden events, workshops, and training sessions.Stakeholder EngagementBuild and maintain relationships with local communities, farmers, and other stakeholders to foster positive collaboration and program involvement.
Serve as the main point of contact for community participants, providing guidance and addressing inquiries related to the programme.Impact Tracking and ReportingDevelop and implement systems to monitor the progress and impact of the Beyond Benih programme, collecting data on participation, crop yields, and environmental benefits.
Prepare monthly and quarterly reports highlighting key achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement for internal review and external reporting.Budget ManagementAssist in budget preparation for community garden projects and ensure that all expenses align with the allocated budget.
Monitor program expenses and maintain accurate financial records for reporting and auditing purposes.Training and Capacity BuildingCoordinate and support training sessions on sustainable gardening practices, crop management, and entrepreneurship for program participants.
Provide regular updates and guidance to community participants on best practices to ensure maximum crop yield and garden sustainability.Community Engagement and AwarenessOrganize and participate in community outreach events to raise awareness about the benefits of sustainable community gardens and the Beyond Benih programme.
Work with the Marketing and Communications team to develop content that showcases the programme's impact, including success stories, photos, and participant testimonials.Continuous Improvement and InnovationIdentify opportunities to expand the programme, improve processes, and introduce innovative approaches to enhance programme efficiency and sustainability.
Stay informed on industry trends and emerging practices in community gardening, sustainable agriculture, and CSR to recommend improvements.Key Requirements:
Education:Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Agriculture, Community Development, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience:At least 2 years of experience in CSR, community engagement, project management, or a related role, ideally within an agricultural or environmental sector.
Skills:Strong project management and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
Ability to manage budgets and track program expenses.
Data collection, analysis, and reporting skills.
