**Job Responsibilities:- ****1. Salesforce CRM System**- Patient registration- Patient record data entry/update- Appointment booking/scheduling- Check in/out patient**2. Salesforce POS System**- Issuing of receipts- Stock updates/data-entry- Reporting updates/data-entry3. Attend to patients' administrative needs/requests/follow-ups4. Manage patient complaints.5. Sales transactions ie. Cashier.6. Daily settlement & reconciliation of sales.7. Stock management - stationeries, drugs, office needs.8. Filing system management - patient files & other general admin files.9. Preparation of patient files for next day appointment.10. Statistics and Reports.11. Arrangement for dispatch/collection.12. Liaise with suppliers/vendors/contractors.13. Other general office administration.**Other Roles and Responsibilities:- **- Counter- Opto Assistant- Doctor Assistant- Surgery Coordinator- OT Assistant**Qualifications:- **- Able to speaks in Mandarin, English and BM- Degree/Diploma in any discipline- 2-3 years customer service experience**Job Types**: Full-time, PermanentPay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to Friday- Weekend jobs**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Customer Care Specialist: 2 years (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)
