Job Description:

AirAsia Group Berhad is seeking a part-time Customer Care Assistant to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service and possess a hardworking and confident personality.

Responsibilities:
1. Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and live chat.
2. Assist customers with booking flights, managing reservations, and resolving any issues or concerns.
3. Handle customer complaints and escalate to the appropriate department if necessary.
4. Ensure customer satisfaction by actively listening to their needs and concerns.
5. Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirements:
1. 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to think critically and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
