**Job Summary**Front desk personnel who provide services to customers.**Job** **Responsibilities**1. Answering visitor inquiries about the Hospital.2. Greet visitors / patients at arrivals and departures and provide assistance courteously.3. Directing visitors to appropriate contacts.4. Answering incoming calls and arranging appointments for guests to meet with the Hospital staff.5. May also assume a security guard function by monitoring who is entering and exiting the hospital and observes and reports any suspicious behaviour or activity.6. Utilizes the hospital information system to check patient location.7. Explains policies and procedures to patients, families, and visitors as needed.8. Promptly triages emergency telephone calls.9. Provide clear directions & information about hospital's facilities to customers upon enquiry.10. Respond promptly and empathetically to inquiries, complaints and requests from the walk-in customer / patient; or from incoming calls.11. Take messages with accuracy and relay the messages timely when necessary.12.
