Job Description:
Nestlé Malaysia is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Care Assistant to join our team on a part-time remote basis. As an Entry Level position, this role is perfect for individuals looking to gain valuable experience in customer service within the food and beverage industry.
Responsibilities:
1. Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
2. Provide accurate information about Nestlé products, promotions, and services to customers.
3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately.
4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction.
5. Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues to ensure a positive experience.
6. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Requirements:
1. 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
2. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4. Driven and resourceful personality traits.
5. Proficient in basic computer skills and Microsoft Office Suite.
6. Strong planning and organizational skills.
7. Proficiency in English and Malay languages.
