Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Customer Care Associate to join our team at Malaysia Airlines Berhad. As a Customer Care Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients remotely. This position requires a high level of communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:- Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.- Resolving customer complaints and issues to ensure customer satisfaction.- Providing product and service information to customers.- Processing orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently.- Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation.- Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.- Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements:- Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.- Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.- Resilient and able to handle difficult customer situations with grace.- Driven and motivated to exceed customer expectations.- Innovative thinker with a keen interest in continuous improvement.- Strong people management skills.- Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software.
