As a Customer Care Associate at QSR Brands, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality customer service to our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support via various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. This position is remote, providing flexibility while ensuring you meet the needs of our customers.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Customer Support:**

2. **Product Knowledge:**

- Stay updated on product changes, promotions, and company policies to assist customers effectively.

3. **Communication:**
- Use clear, concise, and persuasive communication techniques to assist customers.
- Deliver presentations on product features or services as required, ensuring customers understand the offerings.

4. **Customer Relationship Management:**
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to enhance their experience and foster loyalty.
- Utilize CRM tools to document customer interactions, preferences, and feedback for continuous improvement.

5. **Problem Solving:**
- Analyze customer issues and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives.
- Negotiate solutions where applicable to ensure customer satisfaction while aligning with company policies.

6. **Feedback and Reporting:**
- Gather customer feedback and provide insights to management regarding trends or potential areas for improvement.
- Support team objectives by collaborating with colleagues and sharing information related to customer experiences.

7. **Adherence to Standards:**

**Requirements:**

- **Education and Experience:**
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Background in the restaurant or hospitality industry is an advantage.

- Resilient: Able to handle stressful situations and maintain composure under pressure.
- Independent: Comfortable working autonomously and managing your own schedule.

- **Soft Skills:**
- Strong presentation skills to convey information clearly and effectively.

- Basic troubleshooting skills for tech-related inquiries.
