**Utility GLC Company****Start date: 12 April 2024.****We will only consider fresh grads with a minimum Diploma MQA that is able to start work on the 12th of April 2024.****Salary: RM 2300 (Renewable 1 year contract)****Work pattern is from Monday - Sunday.****Working hours: (8am - 5pm) and (10am - 7pm) NO NIGHT SHIFTS**We are a single point of contact to respond to customer enquiries and feedback on billing and account related matters based at Jalan Anson, George Town, Penang.**Employee Benefits**:**Paid KWSP / EIS / SOCSO****Personal Accident Coverage****JOB RESPONSIBILITY**- Paid Training will be provided- **NO Marketing or Sales involved**- Fast-paced environment processing customer request- Identify and handle customer inquires till completion, ensuring highest accuracy and customer satisfaction.- Possess strong ownership and responsibility to complete assigned tasks within the timeline.- To be a good participation team player in helping the team to achieve the overall KPI's.- To manage internal and external customers with high respect while maintaining professionalism.- Ensure the data are accurate and reported timely to the superiors for KPI reporting.- To carry out any ad-hoc special tasks assigned by the management.**JOB REQUIREMENT**- Must be below 35 years old.- Preferably with fresh graduate or minimum of 0-1 year working experience in Administration / Customer Service- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is compulsory (both speaking and writing).- 20 full time **contract position available****Job Types**: Full-time, Contract, Fresh graduateContract length: 12 months**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per monthSchedule:- Day shift- Rotational shiftApplication Question(s):- How much notice are you required to give your current employer?**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)Application Deadline: 04/18/2024Expected Start Date: 04/12/2024
