Attending to buyers' feedback via email/phone/walk in, including handling Vacant Possession (VP).
Receiving, recording, monitoring and managing defects complaints professionally and timely.
Preparing and updating defects report to Management on timely basis.
Managing the Customer Care office at all times.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Business Administration/ Building Management or any other related fields.
Minimum 2 to 5 years of working experience in defects management/customer service preferably with property developers.
Good communication skills and able to multi-task.
Willing to be stationed at site office.
