Customer Care Executive

Details of the offer

Job Responsibilities:Assist inquiry and complaint via phone call and email
Follow up on each case until it is resolved the best way possible in order to minimize damage to both company and purchaser
Prepare weekly complaint compilation for involved parties
Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI)
Cleanliness and Functionality Inspection
Plan and coordinate Thank You card to purchasers upon vacant possession
Conduct Customer Satisfaction Survey upon vacant possession
Sourcing for handover service gift and deliver to each owner upon vacant possession
Database management for Tropicana Privilege Card Customer Loyalty Programme in the CRM system – All members related matters such as membership processing, members' card printing, update of personal details, referral's fee checking & approval and others
Responsible for coordinating and organizing appreciation events for members periodically
Support Marketing & Sales team during event and property launch as and when required
Requirement:
Qualifications: Minimum Diploma certification or higher;
Experience: Minimum 3 years working experience in customer service, with good proven track record;
Customer oriented and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters;
Ability to maintain calm under pressure;
Willing to travel within Klang Valley and work on weekends as and when required with own transport;
Detail-oriented and passionate towards serving others with great enthusiasm.
Technical Skills:
Ability to write well independently in English is compulsory;
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening;
Computer literacy in order to type up reports, results and details of customer interaction;
Candidate with spoken and written Mandarin experience would be an advantage but not compulsory.#J-18808-Ljbffr
