Customer Care Executive

Relaying extensive product information to customers.- Fill up customer records, including contact information.- Passing customer leads to relevant sales team departments.- Conducting surveys and writing reports based on customer feedback on products and services.- Providing customers with clear instructions to resolve issues.- Rerouting customer calls to other departments when advanced solutions are needed.- Excellent communication skills.- Proficiency in English, Malay, Chinese language.**Requirement**:- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position or Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.- Willing to learn and adopt new challenge quickly- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
