Customer Care Executive / Site SupervisorResponsibilities:
To prepare and conduct Vacant Possession and key collection.
To attend sales enquiry when necessary.
Coordinate defect rectification works for Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) and during Defect Liability Period (DLP).
To prepare defect report and keeping records of defects rectification works.
To communicate and coordinate with the project team and contractors for the arrangement of defect rectification.
Handling of customer's feedback and complaints on daily basis.
To provide timely updates to customers defect work progress status.
Required skills:
1-2 years of related experience in Real Estate Property.
Familiarity with MS Office.
Good communication skills in English and Malay.
Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
