Customer Care Executive (with Incentive Scheme)You will be responsible for developing and maintaining a long-term client relationship to build trust and expand the target customer base.
Constantly engage and understand the client's requirements and needs, recommend suitable products and services to ensure clients receive exceptional service and maintain healthy sales pipelines.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to assess clients' feedback and business requirements and perform market insight to develop strategic business plans and solutions.

Responsibilities
Engage clients proactively to understand their needs and ensure timely delivery of services to maintain high customer satisfaction.
Be the key point of contact for clients' inquiries and provide direct product or service recommendations to achieve service excellence and contribute to business goals.
Build trust and develop healthy long-term client relationships.
Generate new sales and identify new sales opportunities through existing or new accounts to maintain healthy sales pipelines.
Resolve escalated customer issues and complaints, managing customers' expectations in a professional manner.
Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure proper client management, maintain high customer satisfaction ratings, and create business partnership opportunities.
Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree
Candidates with basic accounting knowledge are a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good command of written and spoken English.
Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
Meticulous, excellent service mindset, proactive, and approachable.
Organized and able to adhere to clients' requests and deadlines.
Able to work independently as well as a team player.
