Prepare quotations, proposals, and source for customer requirements as requested by the sales team.
Generate Purchase Orders (PO) to suppliers and follow up until goods are delivered to the customer.
Ensure proper receipt of goods and invoices from suppliers, verifying that they meet the required standards.
Handle returned goods from customers, initiating and managing the investigation process.
Liaise with suppliers on purchasing matters to ensure smooth operations.
Manage store and inventory to ensure all goods are properly accounted for, including storage, delivery, identification, preservation, and traceability.
Provide prompt and efficient responses to inquiries, feedback, and complaints from customers and external stakeholders.
Report changes, performance updates, and improvement opportunities to the Head of Department (HOD).
Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
Education: Minimum Degree holder.
Experience: 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
Skills and Attributes:
Strong patience and empathy to handle upset or frustrated customers.
Positive attitude with the ability to handle stress and challenging situations.
Proficiency in verbal and written communication.
