Our 97,000 employees operate a network of 2,650 offices and laboratories, working together to enable a better, safer and more interconnected world._**Job Description**:- Interact with customer via inbound telephone calls to provide information and assistance.- Achieve productivity standards and goals while maintaining the highest level of customer service.- Process transactions and reply to inquiries about products and services.- Record customer interactions, details of inquiries, complaint or comments as well as actions taken.- Adherence to SGS Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Policy by uphold a good safety behavior and exercising necessary standard and process when carry out your responsibilities at all times to ensure compliance to the HSE requirements.- Perform any other responsibilities as assigned by your reporting manager and/or Senior Management**Qualifications**:- Minimum educations of SPM, Diploma or others.- Minimum 1-2 years' experience in documentations and well understand standard operating procedure.- Good interpersonal skill and with good track record in the company.
