Interact with customers via inbound telephone calls to provide information and assistance.
Achieve productivity standards and goals while maintaining the highest level of customer service.
Process transactions and reply to inquiries about products and services.
Record customer interactions, details of inquiries, complaints or comments, as well as actions taken.
Adhere to SGS Health & Safety (HS) Policy by upholding good safety behavior and exercising necessary standards and processes when carrying out your responsibilities at all times to ensure compliance with HS requirements.
Perform any other responsibilities as assigned by your reporting manager and/or Senior Management.Qualifications
Minimum education of SPM, Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 1-2 years' experience in documentation and a good understanding of standard operating procedures; fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
Good interpersonal skills with a good track record in the company.Additional Information
