Customer Care, Spanish Speaker

Responsibilities:
Address customer queries through email, phone, or online channels.
Perform data entry and maintain records of order details, customer grievances, and returns.
Engage in cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders such as sales team and shipping team to meet customer needs.
The Successful Applicant:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent.
Fluent in Spanish & English as you are required to deal with Global/Regional customers/stakeholders.
Minimum 1-2 years of order management, order processing, customer service, or relevant experience.
Open to fresh graduates who are keen to learn about order management or customer service.
Added advantage for candidates who have experience in using SAP/Oracle systems.
