MR DIY Group is seeking a driven and passionate individual to join our team as a Customer Care Specialist in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start a career in customer care.
Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.2. Assist customers with product information, order status, and issue resolution.3. Process returns and exchanges according to company policies.4. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members.5. Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.7. Contribute to team goals and KPIs.
Requirements:1. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.2. Excellent problem-solving abilities.3. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.4. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.5. Prioritize customer satisfaction and service excellence.6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.7. Knowledge of strategic planning and goal setting.
