Customer Care Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

UEM Sunrise Berhad is seeking a part-time Customer Care Specialist to join our team remotely in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer care roles.

Responsibilities:1. Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels, such as phone, email, and chat.2. Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner.3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.5. Continuously improve customer service processes and procedures.6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies.

Requirements:1. Confident and passionate about delivering excellent customer service.2. Strong adaptability skills to handle various customer personalities and situations.3. Ability to cooperate effectively with team members and other departments.4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.5. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.6. Experience using CRM software is a plus.
