Customer Communication Specialist

Nezda is seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Customer Communication Specialist who will play a vital role in ensuring that all customer interactions are handled professionally.Must be a NATIVE TAIWANESE.
Responsibilities:Ensure all communication is handled professionally and promptly but with a human touch across all channels.
Demonstrate strong product, brand, and industry knowledge to ensure all customer queries are answered, making them promoters of the brand.
Meet targets and requirements set by the client and management.
Share appropriate knowledge and information as directed by the client and management team.
Take the extra mile to engage with consumers.
Skills:Advanced English level (B2) both written and spoken.
Excellent communication skills both written and spoken.
Contact center experience of at least 1 year.
Track record of achieving targets.
Problem-solving oriented.
Consumer-oriented mindset.
Great interpersonal skills.
Technology adept.
Familiarity with CRM systems.
Basic IT skills, including using multiple operating systems.
Research skills.
Detail-oriented.
Ability to work well in a team as well as on your own.
