About the Role
As a member of the Customer Data Enabler team within the Customer Success organisation, you will:
Ensure that Swift customer contact information is kept up to date to effectively engage the right persons for business driven purposes, in collaboration with customer facing teams.
Contribute, under guidance of more senior team members, to provide data insights allowing to improve overall data experience.
What to expect:
As a member of the Customer Data Enabler team within the Customer Success organisation, you will:Ensure that Swift customer contact information is kept up to date to effectively engage the right persons for business driven purposes, in collaboration with customer facing teams.
Contribute, under guidance of more senior team members, to:Analyze complex datasets to derive actionable insights and support decision-making processes.
Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies to optimize statistical efficiency and data quality.
Develop reports and dashboards that effectively communicate findings to customers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine data needs and successfully implement data-driven solutions.
Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to inform business strategies and improvements.
Ensure data integrity and maintain up-to-date documentation of data processes.What will make you successful?University degree in Computer Science, electronic engineering or equivalent.
Post-graduate in Marketing / MBA or equivalent is an asset.
Typically requires 0 to 3 years experience, preferably in similar roles and/or industries.
