Customer Engagement Specialist

**Responsibilities**:- Meet and greet customers- Assigning customers to available executives- Attending to telephone calls & inquiries- Monitor selected activities e.g test drive and demo car movement- Updating database- Preparation of reports and related documents- Assist in CSI and CRM activities- Assist in administrative duties**Job Requirement**:- Minimum Certificate or Diploma in any discipline preferably in Hospitality/ Hotel Management or similar disciplines- Possess some working experience in front-line (Front-desk/ Customer facing) ie from retail or hotel industries preferred. **Fresh graduates, are encouraged to apply.**:- Pleasant outlook & personality with good communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to conversation English.**Job Type**: Permanent**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Additional leave- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Meal allowance- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Rotational shift- Weekend jobsApplication Question(s):- Are you able to work on rotational weekends including Sat/ Sun and PH days?
