We are looking for a passionate and customer-centric individual who is eager to gain exposure in the fintech industry. Our ideal intern should be enthusiastic about customer-facing roles and eager to learn in a fast-paced startup environment. What you will do: Assist the team to handle omni-channel inbound inquiries from our investors Assist in handling day to day operational tasks related to investors and investments Have a hand in the team's initiatives and campaigns related to Objectives Key Results (OKR) What we are looking for: Undergraduates/final year student in a degree in Finance/Investment/Mass Comm/Communication or any related field. Strong command of written and oral English and Bahasa Malaysia. Good command of written and oral Mandarin will be a plus. Proactive, independent, results-oriented and a highly motivated self-starter. Value-adding team player and able to work as a team with good interpersonal skills. Excellent planning, organization and time management skills with strong follow-through abilities. Highly creative with basic experience in planning and executing campaigns that engage, inform and motivate. Possess good communication styles and is able to leverage on the team's abilities.
