B2 ????? ???.Responsibilities:  Respond to customer inquiries and complaints through phone, online chat, or email channels. Ensure that all customer issues are resolved in line with company policies and procedures. Identify complex issues and escalate them to senior team members when necessary. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional approach to customer interactions. Accurately record, update, and maintain details of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in the company system. Resolve customer requests by making appropriate booking adjustments based on company guidelines and activity terms. Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to manage booking adjustments. Stay informed of company procedures and processes. Share customer feedback with relevant departments to support ongoing improvements. Key Requirements:  Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Fluent in both spoken and written English and Korean. Customer service experience is advantageous. Available to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays. Proactive in problem-solving to effectively address customer needs. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear interactions with customers. Collaborative team player who works well in group settings. Detail-oriented to ensure accuracy in completing tasks. For native Korean speakers, English proficiency should be at least B2 level.
