Job DescriptionMaintaining a positive, emphatic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Attend & respond to customer's inquiries and assist in giving recommendations.
Executing Marketing & Sales plans to achieve sales targets.
Develop excellent business relationships with customers and assist/manage daily sales prospects.
Be the person to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve problems with internal stakeholders.
Mining and acquiring Customer Reconciliation ratings on Speedhome's sales service level.
Assist with other additional Ad hoc tasks.
Additional hours are required for high-priority tasks.
Shift Days: (Subject to change).
Working Hours: fixed from 9am to 6pm.
Contract Basis: 3 months - 6 months - 12 months.
Job RequirementsMinimum SPM qualifications (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
Typing speed of minimum of 40 Words per minute, 95% accuracy.
Good verbal and written communication in Bahasa Melayu & English.
Strength in communication and competence in consulting and giving accurate directions to customers.
Positive & serving attitude, professionalism, patience, friendliness, and engagement toward customers, continuously demonstrating confidence, reliability, and integrity in difficult situations.
Added advantageif you have the ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
Willing to work on shift hour/day.
