About the Role
As a Customer Growth & Partner Marketing Consultant at AIA, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our mission to help people live healthier, longer, and better lives. You will be responsible for acquiring new customers, growing customer lifetime value, and promoting AIA products and services through digital partners' and AIA's platforms in Malaysia.
Main Responsibilities:Strategize, develop, and implement online-to-offline (O2O) marketing campaigns to attract new customers to AIA.
In charge of strategizing, creating, and implementing marketing initiatives, projects, and campaigns through our partners' online platforms.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure successful delivery.
Collaborate and coordinate with important strategic partners to jointly develop and implement marketing initiatives.
Ideate and perform rapid experimentation on marketing initiatives to improve performance.
Monitor important performance indicators and communicate campaign outcomes to management and relevant individuals.
Track and manage marketing spend within allocated budget.
Create marketing presentations, generate reports, and gather user requirements.
Collaborate with vendors/agencies to illustrate design ideas and product customer journey flow.
Collaborate and work closely with team members both within and outside the organization to ensure smooth execution of tasks.
Stay updated with the latest digital & social media trends and tools.
Monitor and report brand and competitive activities.
Min Job Requirements:Degree in Marketing/Mass Communications/Business Administration or equivalent experience with minimum 5-8 years of working experience in marketing/branding/social media.
Strong communication and project management skills.
Meticulous and has good time management skills.
Experience with enterprise CRM and lifecycle marketing platforms is an added advantage.
Comfortable with data and strong analytical skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently with attention to detail.
