Customer Insights Executive

We're looking for a dynamic Customer Insights Executive to analyze customer behavior, manage social media interactions, and ensure a seamless connection between our brand and its audience. This role involves acting as the brand's voice across platforms, delivering timely and impactful responses, and using data-driven insights to enhance customer experience and engagement strategies.

Responsibilities:



-Analyze customer feedback comments, engagements, to understand customers behaviour 


-Provide regular reports to stakeholders on performance metrics like response times, satisfaction, and sentiments to showcase community health and recommend improvements.


-Respond to comments, messages, and user-generated content in a timely manner.


-Monitor and engage with our social media communities on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube.


-Develop and execute community engagement strategies.


-Collaborate other departments to create engaging content that fosters community growth.


-Manage online reputation and escalate issues or concerns to the appropriate internal teams.

Qualifications:



-Bachelor degree in a field related to communications, journalist, advertising.


-Min 1 year of experience in hands-on community management or social media management. 


-Strong written communication skills with attention to detail.


-Proven ability to manage multiple social media platforms and engage with diverse audiences.


-Familiarity with social media analytics tools.


-Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.


-Basic writing skills for English and BM
