Job DescriptionWe're looking for a dynamicCustomer Insights Executiveto analyze customer behavior, manage social media interactions, and ensure a seamless connection between our brand and its audience. This role involves acting as the brand's voice across platforms, delivering timely and impactful responses, and using data-driven insights to enhance customer experience and engagement strategies.Responsibilities:
Analyze customer feedback comments and engagements to understand customer behavior.
Provide regular reports to stakeholders on performance metrics like response times, satisfaction, and sentiments to showcase community health and recommend improvements.
Respond to comments, messages, and user-generated content in a timely manner.
Monitor and engage with our social media communities on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
Develop and execute community engagement strategies.
Collaborate with other departments to create engaging content that fosters community growth.
Manage online reputation and escalate issues or concerns to the appropriate internal teams.
Job RequirementsQualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a field related to communications, journalism, or advertising.
Minimum 1 year of experience in hands-on community management or social media management.
Strong written communication skills with attention to detail.
Proven ability to manage multiple social media platforms and engage with diverse audiences.
Familiarity with social media analytics tools.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
Basic writing skills in English and BM.
