Customer Lifecycle Manager

Sales Team LeaderWe require a Sales Team Leader to manage the Sales Workforce along with all other internal/external stakeholders.
The ideal candidate should have 2-5 years of B2B end-to-end sales experience of MWP cloud products.
Experience EssentialExperience of selling Office 365 or MWP solutions is essential.
Must have excellent account management skills, including office administration and internal communications.
The candidate should be able to demonstrate the ability to close sales opportunities and win business.
Job ResponsibilitiesResponsible for building relationships with customers and tracking their MS S/W license purchases.
Conduct outbound calls on the database allocated as per set targets.
Profile the organization on certain parameters and identify S/W license status.
Demonstrate a high degree of knowledge of the client's products, license/services offerings, and software compliance in messages to customers.
Conduct internet searches to find alternate numbers on un-profiled accounts.
Connect with the RPC and execute the program requirements.
Achieve monthly revenue targets allocated.
