Responsibilities:Conduct outbound calls to customers to provide information/details about donation services for NGO project
Develop relationships with customers to ensure total customer satisfaction
Ensure daily and monthly KPIs are met and exceeded
Follow up, complete and submit customer's applications timely
Ensure high service standards by making sure all presentations to customers are in accordance with the given product guide and script
Requirements:Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/'O' Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/'A' Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, in any field.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
Great communication and interpersonal skills
Enthusiasm, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
