Customer Marketing Executive

To plan, execute, report, and optimize all marketing campaigns. You will schedule, track, and deliver critical marketing campaigns on time to support the company's sales and customer growth. You are responsible for keeping time on critical timelines/deliverables of new and existing integrated marketing campaigns.
ResponsibilitiesWrite both short form and long form copy for offline and online channels. You'll have a conversational style and understand how good copy can be used to attract, convert, delight, and retain our audience.
Content Creation; support the Customer Marketing Manager by creating a wide variety of content – EDMs, annual catalogues, monthly promotional brochures (MPC), whitepapers, etc.
Assisting in the content creation for social media channels, including Facebook, LinkedIn, and Lyreco Malaysia/Singapore official blog.
SEO; write with a conversational style but ensure content is optimized for search and in line with the keywords we are targeting.
Sales Support; create case studies, presentations, or internal sales support materials for the sales team.
Design; work with a designer to ensure content is on-brand.
Assisting in SAP promotional updates.
Assisting with additional ad-hoc tasks as required.
QualificationsDegree in Marketing or Business or a combination of education and experience in a related field.
Planning skills, customer analytical skills, SAP user.
Good English verbal and written skills.
Minimum 2 years working experience in marketing campaigns and promotions function, with plus points if worked before in a B2B business environment.
