With the long-term forecasts for growth of semiconductor component quantities, coupled with the front-end production in Bosch's Dresden facility in Germany, capacity expansion is required for the back-end production, which is the final testing phase of semiconductors and sensors.
PgP5 will primarily focus on the final testing of components manufactured at Bosch Automotive Electronics' fab in Dresden, Germany.
The plant will also house R&D and training facilities.
Job DescriptionJob Overview
The customer and supply chain manager will act as an interface between the Bosch semiconductor Logistic Planning group and customers focused on the Asian market.
The incumbent will be responsible for inbound and outbound transportation, stock management, and every customer request.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for customer planning; manage daily email communication, customer files, and forecasts.
Check in-transit quantities for customer forecasts.
Collaborate with German supply chain planner and attend customer meetings.
Continuously oversee all parts shipments to Asia, including priority shipments.
Organize expedite shipments from our Asian warehouse.
Regularly check/monitor order situation for our Asian customers.
Handle re-qualification, scrapping, and lost material cases in a defined process.
Monitor raw material supply for Asian productions.
Perform weekly checks for selected products.
Monitor German priority shipments and react urgently.
