Then read on.About the RoleTo deliver the end-to-end product and/or campaign development and implementation and ensure timely and efficient launch that support the overall Product Solution Tribe's strategies and OKRs.Roles and Responsibilities:To ensure timely and efficient launch of new products, product enhancements and/or campaign within the set timeline by proper preparation and documentation of gate papers, product specification, policy contract, marketing materials, sales illustration, training materials and meeting minutes on approvals. This include ensuring the contract UAT is properly sign-off within the set timeline, conduct new product or product enhancements training to internal staff/agents, new product launch event planning and perform post launch review.To provide timely and accurate delivery of report/special project which include but not limited to the monthly new product, product enhancement and/or campaign tracking report for Product Development Committee Meeting and other necessary reports and special projects as and when assigned.To conduct training on new product to internal staff prior to product launch and prepare comprehensive and accurate training materials for staffs' perusal in their customers servicing.To support the initiatives/tasks in activating the sales force and delivering the Product Solution Tribe's OKRs effectively.To perform competitor and product analyses, conduct product focus group by proper preparation of presentation materials, coordinate meeting/discussion with agency leader or agents in soliciting feedback or comment relating to product matters.To ensure compliance of new guidelines issued by BNM/LIAM relating to products.To provide sales support and handle enquiries from distribution channels in matters related to products.To perform other responsibilities and duties periodically or involve in ad hoc initiatives/special project assigned by supervisor to meet operational and/or other regulatory/compliance requirements.Minimum Job Requirements:Education – Degree in Business Administration, Actuarial Science or Marketing.Experience – Preferably with minimum 1-2 years relevant working experience.Special skills – Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken), proficient in Microsoft Office applications, good presentation skill, possess good problem solving and analytical skills.Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.You must provide all requested information, including Personal Data, to be considered for this career opportunity.
