Job Description:
Responsible for customer complaint handling, analyze the causes of customer complaints and improve the closed loop, enhance customer satisfaction, eliminate customer complaints.
Responsible for customer quality improvement, collect and analyze customer complaint data, promote the implementation of customer audit improvement measures to prevent recurrence of the problem.
Responsible for cost management, collect factory quality data, analyze the trend, formulate improvement measures, and improve the quality of factory delivery.
Servicing the customer's factory team, coordinating resources, and improving customer satisfaction.
Supervision and guidance of subordinates.
Job Requirements:
University degree or above.
Familiar with ISO9001 or IATF16949 quality management system knowledge.
Proficient in the use of quality tools such as CP/8D/5W/QC seven methods, etc.
Experience in customer quality management or project management.
Excellent listening, speaking, reading and writing skills in English and Mandarin (Connecting with Chinese Clients).
