Serve as the primary liaison between the company and customers for quality-related issues.
Address customer complaints and inquiries promptly, ensuring resolutions meet or exceed expectations.
Conduct regular quality reviews and share feedback with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction.
Monitor product quality and compliance with customer specifications and industry standards.
Participate in First Article Inspections (FAI) and ensure documentation accuracy.
Review and validate production processes to ensure defect-free products.
Investigate root causes of quality issues using tools like 8D, FMEA.
Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to resolve quality concerns.
Track and report quality metrics, ensuring continuous improvement initiatives.
Coordinate customer audits and ensure readiness for external audits.
