Customer Quality / Sales Support (QA) and Contamination Control EngineerSales Support Engineer job function covers:
Assist in handling customer feedback and response time.
Handle the installation and site evaluation request from sales team.
Assist the management team on matters related to contamination control.
Meet Camfil Malaysia Sdn Bhd manufacturing goals and objectives.
Ensure compliance to regulatory bodies' requirements and internal procedures.
Key Responsibilities include:
Receive feedback/complaints and log into the feedback/complaint process.
Lead the investigation team and provide the root cause and corrective action plan to eliminate the issue from repeating.
Analyze relevant feedback/complaints and decide on Improvements Plan (continuous improvements).
Reply to all customer feedback/complaints within the stipulated response time.
Prepare feedback/complaint reports and share with the relevant customers.
Follow up on all mentioned action plans for relevant feedback/complaints and close the action plans.
Continue monitoring action plans for effectiveness.
Handle all site testing and analysis work requested by the sales team.
Coordinate the evaluation and analysis work.
Prepare reports for the evaluation or analysis work at site.
Assist & support the Sales team in technical matters.
Conduct C2 training for all relevant new staff.
Be the main coordinator for continuous Improvement and also the 7S.
Carry out duties in accordance with Quality, Health, Safety, Environment, Energy and Business Continuity Policy, Procedure and SOP.
Determine SOP and specifications for acceptable air quality in the production environment to ensure continuous production of high cleanliness molecular products.
Respond to contamination issues and report abnormal conditions to the engineering and other teams, proposing a mitigation plan.
Carry out primary investigations on contamination issues and propose improvement plans to the management team.
Monitor and report periodic contamination control performance and propose new improvement projects to the management team.
Develop air monitoring plans at various locations of the plant and work with the lab to carry out the analysis of the samples.
Ensure that real-time monitoring systems are operating and recording properly.
Ensure team members practice and follow approved cleanroom protocols.
Support product design, development, and manufacturing from a contamination control perspective.
Evaluate customer requirements for molecular product cleanliness and translate requirements to product, process, and raw material specifications.
Design and execute experiments to evaluate and qualify raw materials in relation to contamination control context.
Act as a champion of contamination control in the whole organization, especially to PPD team, production team, QA team, facilities team, and supporting groups.
Support Product Managers and global MCC Team whenever required.
Requirements:
Relevant degree or equivalent competence gained in other ways.
Minimum 2 years of QA experience.
Preferably with experience from manufacturing.
A keen eye for detail and a results-driven work approach.
Good understanding of quality control procedures.
Experience in handling customer feedback/complaint processes.
Experience in handling customer site visits.
Knowledge of 8D reporting method.
Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 will be an added advantage.
Good troubleshooting, problem-solving, and root cause analysis knowledge.
Good computer knowledge to prepare presentations, reports, and for analysis work.
Good team player.
Good knowledge of 7 QC tools and 5S.
Good knowledge in continuous improvement processes.
Strong verbal and written communication skills; must be able to communicate effectively with relevant staff.#J-18808-Ljbffr
