• Familiar with Customer Relation Management (CRM)
• Advance with Excel Microsoft
• Well-groomed and pleasant personality
• Possess good communication skills (online and offline)
• Malaysian only
Responsibility
• Build continuous relationships with customers.
• Inform customer’s latest update about their orders on daily basis.
• Verify the product design to ensure the product is received and gain positive response from customers.
• Manage and update customer support groups in Facebook Group, telegram channel etc.
• Recording, managing and updating customer database list
• Build continuous relationships between companies and customers by adding value to customers. E.g. Tips, info, tutorials etc.
• Get customer feedback and testimony.
• Manage and solve any issues faced by the customer and make resolved the issue within 24 hours.
• Create and manage customer retention program.
• Always improve customer service and products quality to increase customer satisfaction
