The SVP Customer Relations is responsible for cultivating and maintaining exceptional relationships with our most valued clients. This role requires a strategic mindset, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of luxury customer service. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver, adept at building trust and loyalty among high-net-worth clientele.

Job Responsibility 



-Develop and execute strategies to enhance the VIP customer experience.


-Build and maintain strong relationships with high-profile clients, acting as their primary point of contact.


-Proactively identify and address customer needs and concerns, exceeding expectations at every touchpoint.


-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of VIP services and products.


-Analyze customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.


-Develop and implement customer loyalty programs and initiatives.


-Manage and resolve complex customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner.


-Represent the company at industry events and conferences.


-Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in livestreaming customer service.

; Requirements:-


-Language preferred: Malay, and English


-Proven track record in a high-level customer service or relationship management role.


-Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.


-Excellent communication and presentation skills .


-Ability to build rapport and trust with high-net-worth individuals.


-Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.


-Experience in the livestreaming entertainment sector preferred.


-Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
