We're on the lookout for an exceptional, motivated individual to join our Pulsifi team asCustomer Relations Associatein Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
This role will report to our Head of Customer Experience, and it's part of our core belief that an extraordinary team, fueled by the spirit of growth and development, keeps our pulse strong.
We are seeking a detail-orientedCustomer Relations Associateto support our Business Development & Customer Enablement teams.
This junior-level role is crucial in maintaining smooth operations and supporting both teams to ensure excellent customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and update customer data in our CRM system.
Assist in creating and distributing marketing communications to customers.
Ensure proper documentation processes are adhered to, such as contracts, NDAs, and other customer-related documents are stored properly to ensure security compliance.
Support the Customer Enablement team with administrative tasks and reporting.
Coordinate customer inquiries from our website and route them to appropriate team members.
Assist in organizing customer-focused events and webinars.
Support the implementation of customer success strategies.
Conduct market research on best practices and present them internally for continued improvement.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Google Suite, and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot, Lookerstudio, Trello).
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Interest in customer success and operations.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
