Customer Relations Executive

Job Responsibilities:Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Responding promptly to customer inquiries and communicating with customers through various channels.
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
Generating daily and monthly sales reports and performance.
Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional customer support.
Job Requirements:Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent.
Must be able tospeak and read Mandarin .
Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
Basic knowledge of social media platforms and Microsoft Office.
